Personalized appointments with Christina and Sarah drawing on their combined 18 years of experience in birthwork and motherhood. These sessions are designed to help you overcome your fears, address your beliefs about birth, identify how, where and with whom you want to birth, discuss specific concerns you might have about emergency situations and facilitate a shift in your perspective so you know that you can overcome anything to birth in your power.

Integrating your birth
These sessions create the space for you to share your journey, to be seen and heard and to process and feel the layers of your story as they unfold. Together, as you reflect on your birth story, we will shed light on interruptions and interferrences, process and validate your emotions as they come up, and hold the space as you integrate your birth experience and begin the healing process.

Motherhood Mentorship
Personalized appointments drawing on our combined 17 years of motherhood experience parenting ages 0-12. The challenges of motherhood extend well beyond the early months of postpartum. Pick any area of motherhood you are needing help with such as sleep, feeding children, styles of parenting, relationship adjustments, handling health and wellness for your family etc.
